Charlotte

Charlotte is the Ashby Nursery Manager's at the nursery and has been working at the nursery since 2018.
She has a level 3 Childcare qualification as well as a BA Degree in Childcare. Charlotte has spent her whole career working in childcare as both a nanny and working nurseries and worked her way through various positions at a few nurseries before joining us as a Deputy Manager and then being promoted to Manager. Charlotte also has a Level 2 qualification in leadership and management and continues to grow in her role.
Charlotte is learning Spanish and currently speaks it to a beginner's level. In her spare time she likes to take her cockerpoo "Truffle" on long walks and is a National Trust member.
She said "I love watching children grow from watching them take their first steps to learning how to become independent and getting ready to go to school"
She has Pediatric First Aid Training along with Designated Safeguarding Lead Training.
